POLICY

Returns & Refunds

There are no refunds on Nail & Eyelash services.
For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges on Strip Lashes. All sales are final.
Sales are final on all cosmetics, gift cards and sale and promotional items. Gift cards are valid for services only.

BOOKING

Online Booking is now available.

To book or inquire about mobile services, and If you are a potential new client referred to Teka Neufville, please call or email Teka.

CANCELLATIONS

There will be a variable fee of up to $75 for cancellations with less than 12hrs notice, and a full service charge for failure to show to your scheduled appointment. A 50% non refundable deposit will then be required upon booking your next appointment. Teka Neufville Nails + Lashes reserves the right to charge your credit card provided.
The fee will be added to your next bill if your card is not on file.
